  Trusty and reliable service every time. The coffee is great and the staff are friendly and very effiicient, even when the store is very busy. My 'go to' is a coffee fusion with caramel and the peppermint slice...sometimes!

  Probably the most disgusting service I've had to date at subway. Raj, my 'sandwich artist' threw together my sub, was nothing but rude through the whole process, statements like 'what do you want?' Rudely spat at the customer is not how you do customer service. To top that off, he was not only rude to me, and made the most disgusting sub I've ever had, he was so nasty to the poor girl on shift (she looked like a trainee) she was asking him questions and he did nothing but bark responses to her. So glad this won't be my local subway anymore. Disgusting. Raj, you need to pick up your game.

  Peggy agreed to make a cake for my sons 6th Birthday. I started email queries one and a half months prior to the party. When I contacted her a week prior to the event she did not return any of my emails. When I called she admitted to not having the order logged due to being "busy" at the time. She offered to "squeeze" the cake in but would charge an extra $50 on top of what was previously quoted. Left my son without the cake he asked for and everyone disappointed. AVOID this company! The most unprofessional individual I have ever dealt with - beware of being ripped off!
